This one hurts. The Angels made more critical errors, but we just couldn't capitalize.

Sciosia just out-managed Girardi....not that that's shocking, but it must feel nice to have the league's best manager on your side...lol

Anyway, I thought it'd be a long series, and it probably will be. The Yankees have struggled with Kazmir in the past, and Sabathia is working on short rest. And after that, it's Lackey-Burnett. I kind of think the Angels have the advantage in both games. Also, I've got to assume that the Angels will finally stop making so many bone-headed plays, and that Abreu will start being productive.

Tough game to lose, but mad props to Mathis and Sciosia.
