To celebrate the 2011 affiliate agreement, the Angels and the Inland Empire 66ers will host a day for the fans on Thursday, February 10th, at Arrowhead Credit Union Park in San Bernardino, CA.
The festivities will start at Noon and the event is open to the public, with gates opening at 11:30 AM. Angels' Manager Mike Scioscia, General Manager Tony Reagins, Club President John Carpino, Director of Player Development Abe Flores and new 66ers Manager Tom Gamboa will all be in attendance at the landmark event.
All fans in attendance will receive a free lunch consisting of hot dogs, chips & a drink and have an opportunity to ask questions to the Angels' brass during the event. Additionally, fans can enjoy a VIP Stadium tour of Arrowhead Credit Union Park.
The Angels open their home schedule on Friday, April 8 against the Toronto Blue Jays. Individual game tickets go on sale throughout Southern California, February 26th at 9:00 a.m. PST. The Inland Empire 66ers 2011 season begins on Thursday, April 7th when the California League partners of the Angels host the rival Rancho Cucamonga Quakes.
